All digital deliverables come with a 14-day revision period to ensure 100% client satisfaction. During this time, clients may request reasonable modifications, adjustments, or refinements to the delivered work at no additional cost.
This revision period begins upon delivery of the final milestone deliverable and allows for feedback implementation within the scope of the original project agreement. Additional features or services beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
We believe in fair and transparent financial practices. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
Project deposits are non-refundable once creative work has commenced. This initial deposit secures your project timeline, reserves our team's resources, and covers the initial discovery, research, and creative conceptualization phases.
For multi-phase projects, unearned fees for future project phases may be returned upon written request. If a client chooses to discontinue a project before completion, any payments made for work that has not yet been performed will be refunded within 14 business days of receiving written notice.
To request a refund for unearned fees, clients must submit a written request to sarahleef@jsldesing.com. We will review the request, calculate any unearned fees based on completed milestones, and process the refund within 14 business days.
